Holley Performance Brands is a leader in automotive aftermarket performance solutions, serving enthusiasts, racers, and builders around the world. Simpson Race Products, a Holley Performance Brand and industry leader in racing and motorcycle safety products, is seeking a Customer Sales & Technical Support Representative to join our team in New Braunfels, Texas.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, solving problems, and providing product guidance in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Commission and bonus opportunities are available.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Customer Sales & Technical Support

  • Provide technical sales and customer service support via phone, email, online requests, and in-person walk-in customers
  • Answer product and technical questions accurately and professionally
  • Assist with walk-in sales and service needs
  • Update sales orders in company systems with detailed, accurate notes based on customer interactions

Product & Quality Support

  • Document and report technical or quality issues to internal product teams
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for new product opportunities based on customer insights

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain high levels of accuracy while managing multiple tasks
  • Demonstrate professional telephone etiquette and clear communication
  • Maintain focus during extended periods of phone-based customer interaction (6–8 hours per day)

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • One year of customer service or technical support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Professional and positive attitude with customers and teammates
  • Proficiency with basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain concentration while handling customer calls throughout the day
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, sit, walk, and climb for extended periods
  • Lift up to 20 lbs. regularly; up to 40 lbs. with assistance
  • Bend, stoop, and climb to reach materials
  • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment as required
