Fueling Success in this Role:

Join the fast-growing VP Racing Branded Retail team as our West Coast Sales Manager – Branded Division, where you’ll lead the charge in expanding VP’s high-performance brand across convenience stores, marinas, cardlocks, and retail fuel locations.

In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with fuel distributors, independent operators, and retail partners to deliver a branded image with an unbranded fuel program, a unique VP advantage that helps operators stand out and win more customers.


You’ll be the driving force behind new site growth, guiding prospects through the branding process, presenting our retail programs, and closing high-value partnerships. This position is ideal for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional who thrives on autonomy, strategic selling, and building long-term customer success.


What You’ll Do

  • Expand the VP Racing Branded Retail footprint across the West Coast region
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new branded retail opportunities across C-stores, marinas, cardlocks, and car washes
  • Partner with fuel distributors and independent operators to deliver VP’s branding and retail solutions
  • Develop strategic growth plans and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with leadership to influence marketing, branding, and business strategy
  • Represent VP Racing at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings

The ideal candidate must be extremely organized and able to manage the logistics of multiple duties with professionalism and strong communication skills. We are looking for someone who can establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization, work effectively with all levels of employees and management, and assist in providing solutions to challenges that arise.
