Fueling Success in this Role:

VP Racing is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Accounting team at our Corporate Headquarters located on-site in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, generating invoices, processing incoming payments, and ensuring the accuracy of receivables records. You will play a key role in maintaining positive customer relationships, resolving billing discrepancies, and supporting the accounting team with various finance-related functions.

Minimum Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must be extremely organized and able to manage the logistics of multiple duties with professionalism and strong communication skills. In addition, strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is critical for success in the role, as are high levels of accuracy, timeliness and dependability. We are looking for someone who can establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization, work effectively with all levels of employees and management, and assist in providing solutions to challenges that arise.   • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2–3 years of previous accounts receivable experience
  • Experience with invoicing, payment posting, and customer account reconciliation
  • Strong understanding of aging reports and collections best practices
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) preferred
