CMM Programmer
Location: Indianapolis, IN

What You'll Do
Program and operate CMM equipment (PC-DMIS or similar)
Take ownership of first article, in-process, and final inspections
Develop and improve inspection processes-not just follow existing ones
Collaborate with engineering and production to identify and resolve issues
Support new product launches with effective inspection planning
Contribute to elevating overall quality standards
What You Need to Bring
Hands-on experience programming and operating CMMs
Strong knowledge of GD&T
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and identify discrepancies
Troubleshooting skills on the production floor
High attention to detail
