Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Night Shift Quality Inspector role in Cincinnati, OH. Key Responsibilities:
· Perform detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards.
· Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional testing using precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.
· Document and report inspection results accurately, maintaining detailed quality records and reports.
· Identify, isolate, and report non-conforming materials or products in accordance with company procedures.
· Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions.
· Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to established specifications and procedures.
· Assist in root cause analysis investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized inspection area.
· Communicate quality concerns promptly to supervisors and relevant departments.

Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in quality inspection or manufacturing preferred.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
· Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments is a plus.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed.
· Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
· Flexibility to work night shift hours, including overtime or weekends as required.
