Federal Equipment Company (FEC), a Fairbanks Morse Defense company, is looking for an experienced Quality Inspector to join our Cincinnati team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and performance of components and assemblies that support mission-critical defense systems used around the world.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Perform hands-on inspections of machined parts, assemblies, and components using tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision equipment.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions to verify quality requirements.
  • Support production teams by identifying issues early and helping ensure products are built correctly.
  • Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections.
  • Document inspection results, assist with resolving quality issues, and help drive continuous improvement.
