JOB SUMMARY

The Machinist/Operator will play a key role in advancing Focus Manufacturing Services' machining capabilities as we continue to grow and scale our operations. This position is critical to elevating our standards of quality, efficiency, and professionalism across the shop floor.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong understanding of machine shop operations
  • Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills
  • Programming and operating CNC machines
  • Skilled in machine setup andFirst Article Inspections (FAI)
  • Knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, tool holders, and tooling systems
  • Experience with workplace organization systems such as5S
  • Familiarity with machine maintenance (coolants, oils, filters, and general upkeep)
  • Minimum2+ years of machining experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set up jobs on multiple machines
