Position Overview
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Springfield, MO is looking for a dynamic, energetic, goal-oriented Customer Sales Representative to join our record-setting team! In this office-based role, you’ll convert customer inquiries into scheduled moves by guiding them through the booking process.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and working toward sales goals. You’ll receive training, ongoing support, and the opportunity to grow within a nationally recognized brand.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with inquiries in person, by phone, by text, and by email
  • Sell moving services, packing services, storage, boxes, and supplies to help customers choose the best solution
  • Build rapport with customers and convert leads into scheduled moves via relationship selling
  • Accurately enter and maintain customer information in a variety systems
  • Achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Provide a professional, positive customer experience from the first interaction to the completed move

  • Previous sales or customer service experience required
