  • Empathetic communication skills with both patients and team members
  • Creative problem-solving abilities, capable of adjusting therapy approaches based on diverse needs
  • Confidence in working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a dedicated team
What We Offer

Your Impact in This Role
In this position, you won't just focus on treating conditions; you will help individuals reconstruct their daily lives, restore their self-esteem, and reignite their joy in everyday activities. From aiding stroke survivors in fine motor rehabilitation to assisting orthopedic patients in regaining mobility following surgery, your knowledge and compassion will empower those in your care to embrace resilience and independence.
This environment cherishes a comprehensive approach to treatment. Each patient has a distinct narrative, and every therapy session contributes to their rehabilitation journey. Collaborate closely with fellow therapists, medical professionals, and social workers to co-create rehabilitation plans tailored to each individual's unique story.
Why You Will Love Our Team and the Life in Moreno Valley
Here, we take pride in fostering something exceptional. Our rehabilitation team thrives not only on professional success but also on mutual support, shared wisdom, and celebrating every milestone together. Your Ideal Match
We are searching for a dedicated individual who appreciates occupational therapy as more than mere employment but as a vocation. Someone whose heart swells with joy when seeing a patient learn to write again, walk with reduced assistance, or share long-silenced words.
Regardless of whether you are an established OTR/L or a newly certified professional, you will excel in this environment if you bring compassion, determination, and a sense of purpose to your work. If you seek the perfect fusion of high-quality care and a rich, fulfilling lifestyle - this is the place for you.
