ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Manager, Investor Relations to support the execution of Novocure's global investor relations strategy. This is a highly visible role responsible for helping articulate the company's value proposition - including our financial performance, clinical progress, and long-term growth strategy - to investors, analysts, and senior leadership.
This role is both strategic and execution focused. You will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to develop clear, compelling communications and deliver high-impact investor materials. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, analytical thinker, and collaborative partner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Support the development and execution of Novocure's investor relations strategy and messaging
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality investor-facing materials, including earnings presentations, investor decks, press releases, and conference content
  • Analyze financial performance, market trends, and peer activity to inform investor communications
  • Monitor analyst models, reports, and investor sentiment; provide insights to senior leadership
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Corporate Communications, Legal, and Executive Leadership to ensure consistent and compliant messaging
  • Assist in the preparation of SEC filings, including annual reports, proxy statements, and other disclosures
  • Develop executive-level presentations and communications for internal and external audiences

ABOUT YOU
You are a strong communicator and thoughtful operator who can translate complex financial and clinical information into clear, compelling narratives. You are comfortable working with senior stakeholders, adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and bring a high level of ownership and accountability to your work.
You balance confidence with humility - bringing experience and perspective while remaining open, collaborative, and eager to learn.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and capital markets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing presentations and executive materials
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance, or a related field
  • Experience in healthcare, biotech, or medical device industry
  • Familiarity with SEC reporting and Regulation FD
  • Experience supporting earnings processes and investor communications
  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into clear messaging for external audiences
