We have an advisory board of experienced insurance executives and founders.

On a day to day basis you will build integrations, processing pipelines, refine how our product behaves in specific customer setups and help solve real world problems with AI and data. You will see the full picture from customer requirements to shipped solutions and you will take charge and exercise ownership of your part of the delivery.
This role is suited for someone who enjoys working in fast moving environments, can switch between technical problem solving and customer discussions, and wants to see the direct impact of their work. It is full time.
What you'll do

  • Comfortable working with APIs, data processing, backend logic and workflow design
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions that work
  • Eagerness to solve practical problems and figuring out how to make systems behave correctly
  • Enjoys working with both tech experts and business teams
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to represent Solva well in customer discussions
