About illumend

We're making insurance compliance simple.

For too long, compliance has meant chaos—chasing certificates, decoding endorsements, waiting weeks for answers that should take minutes. At illumend, we've taken 15 years of deep expertise establishe at myCOI and built an intelligent platform that finally makes managing insurance compliance simple and fast. We connect teams, partners, and brokers in one clear workflow, powered by AI in a delightful and impactful experience.

We're backed by real experience, real customers, and real momentum. And we're growing fast.

The Role

We're hiring a Velocity Account Executive, someone who thrives in high-energy, high-volume environments and loves the satisfaction of moving deals quickly.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills—you can explain complex ideas clearly and deliver compelling presentations

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Passion for technology and problem-solving—genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence and the ability to articulate how AI-driven solutions can transform a customer's business

  • Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and modern sales tools

Bonus: Experience in compliance, risk management, insurtech, or B2B SaaS

  • Clear path to promotion. Start in velocity, master the fundamentals, then move into mid-market or enterprise sales.

  • Real coaching and development. Weekly 1:1s with your manager, team training sessions, and direct collaboration with CEO and CSO

  • Remote flexibility, work from anywhere in the US (EST preferred).

  • Competitive compensation and benefits. Fair base salary plus uncapped commission that rewards performance
