Job description

HumanGood actively incorporates our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Develops awareness of residents' interests and needs and assists residents in maximizing their independence and participation. Provides exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living to recreational activities. Creates a safe environment in which to provide resident care.  

Full Time Nightss, 11 pm to 7 am; 4/2 schedule

Pay Range: $23-$28/hr depending on experience + stackable shift differentials listed below:

  • Evenings: +$2/hr
  • NOC (Overnights): +$3/hr
  • Weekends: +$3/hr
  • On-Call (Per Diem): +$2/hr

    To be successful in the role, you would have:

    • CA Certified Nursing Assistant License (Required) 
    • Prior CNA or caregiving experience
    • Current CPR Certification
    • New grads are welcome!
