Job description

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

You’ve Crushed Big-Ticket B2C Sales Before—Now It’s Time for Something Better.

You're not just good with people—you read them. You know how to uncover pain points, communicate value, and build trust quickly. You’ve sold products or services where one conversation can be worth thousands—and you know how to deliver. You’ve thrived in fast-paced, customer-first environments and probably made someone else a lot of money.

But… maybe something’s missing. Maybe you're tired of the pressure to "sell at any cost" or feeling like you're just a number on someone’s spreadsheet.

We get it. And we’ve built something different.

Who We Are

Hey, I’m Pete. My wife and I own Journey Auto Repair (New Hope & Andover). I started as a technician, and over the years I’ve experienced both the worst and best this industry has to offer. That’s why we’ve built a company where people—both customers and team members—come first.

Our shops are part of something bigger. They help fund trade schools in Haiti. We’ve given away 50+ cars to local families in need. Our culture is rooted in ownership, alignment, stewardship, and being uncommon. We don’t just fix cars—we serve people.

What You’ll Be Doing

This isn’t just about managing repair orders and scheduling appointments. This is relational, high-ticket consultative sales—where you’ll help customers understand their vehicle needs and confidently guide them toward solutions that protect their investment and their safety.

  • Greet customers with warmth and professionalism
  • Educate customers on findings and recommended services with confidence
  • Handle inbound leads and walk-ins with urgency and clarity
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate and efficient workflow
  • Close high-value repair orders with transparency and follow-through
  • Own your day, your performance, and your growth

Why Top B2C Salespeople Love It Here

Big-ticket commissions meet recurring relationships
Drama-free, ego-free team that works hard and wins together
Air-conditioned shops & offices
No weekends. Ever.
You’re not just a number—we invest in you
Genuine, meaningful mission that impacts lives locally and globally

Perks & Benefits

  • $75,000–$120,000+/year (base + commissions)
  • 401(k) W/ Match
  • Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance
  • Paid Training & Professional Development
  • Employee Discounts
  • Team Events (Summer BBQ w/ Families, Top Golf, Axe throwing, Go-karts! You bet.)
  • Freedom to lead, grow, and earn without corporate red tape

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2C sales (auto, luxury retail, real estate, fitness, furniture, etc.)
  • Confident, professional communicator
  • Self-starter with a high emotional IQ
  • Comfortable with technology, multi-tasking, and fast-paced environments
  • No automotive experience? That’s okay—we’ll train the right salesperson.

Apply Today or Reach Out Directly

Skip the generic resume drop if you want—call or text me directly at (651) 600-2418. Let’s talk about whether this is the kind of opportunity that fits your goals.

You’ve sold a lot of things. Now sell something that actually makes a difference—and work with a team that’s going somewhere.
Be uncommon. Join Journey Auto Repair.
