ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
  • Lead in-game promotions, contests, and announcements to entertain and involve fans throughout the game.
  • Work closely with the Railroaders promotional team to execute on-field activities seamlessly.
  • Maintain a high-energy and approachable demeanor, interacting with fans of all ages.
  • Quickly adjust to game day changes and unexpected situations, ensuring a smooth experience for fans.
  • Serve as a public face of the Railroaders, embodying the team's commitment to creating a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Previous experience in public speaking, theater, or live event hosting preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and improvisational skills.
  • Ability to work in extreme outdoor weather conditions to include heat, cold and rain.
  • Must be able to lift, pull, push and/or lift weight greater than 50 lbs.
  • Required to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
