Hours: M-F 8-4 or 9-5
Location: Falls Church, VA
Assignment Duration: 8/25-25-11/21/25 +Extension

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:
Badge access to the site- Will need to pass badging screening

Team Overview:
Working with the event manager
Resource's typical working day:
You will assist with the coordination and execution of small to medium meetings, conferences, and events.
You will use the Accruent Event Management System (EMS) software to coordinate event planning, resource management, and reporting.
You will use Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications to coordinate with event customers and coordinate resources.
Will be communicating with requestors and stakeholders
Must Have Skills:
Some basic computer literacy
Able to learn the software
Some kind of experience in events, hospitality
Working in an office environment, working on a team
Nice to have skills:
If they have experience with Accruent Event Management System (EMS) software
Years of Experience:
1-2 years of experience, pretty entry level
Education
