Property Soar is seeking a highly organized and motivated Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of our corporate and promotional events. This role plays a key part in ensuring our events run smoothly, align with our brand standards, and create memorable experiences for clients, partners, and team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination, setup, and execution of events, including corporate meetings, community outreach activities, and promotional campaigns

  • Maintain communication with vendors, venues, and internal departments

  • Prepare event materials and manage logistics such as catering, transportation, and equipment

  • Ensure event timelines and budgets are followed

  • Provide on-site support during events, including setup, guest assistance, and teardown

  • Track attendance, gather feedback, and compile post-event reports

  • Maintain inventory of event supplies and promotional items

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
