This Events Senior Coordinator role is with a global management consulting firm based in Boston is offering standard hours of 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (or 8:30 AM-5:30 PM) with flexibility for events. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity supporting high-impact client and internal events, marketing campaigns, and digital engagement efforts. Job Responsibilities: Support planning and execution of live events, webinars, and marketing campaigns Manage event logistics including venue sourcing, AV, catering, and setup Coordinate registrations, attendee communications, and post-event feedback Partner with internal stakeholders on targeted email campaigns and outreach Maintain brand consistency across CRM campaigns, social media, and communications Track event performance and KPIs using tools like Microsoft Dynamics and Cvent Promote events through social media, PR, and internal channels Assist senior stakeholders with invitations and communications Manage smaller projects end-to-end and contribute to process improvements Candidate Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, event management, or related field preferred 3+ years of experience in events, marketing, or similar role Strong organization and project management skills with ability to multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with CRM systems and event platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Cvent) Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Creative and flexible with an interest in events and engagement Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.
