Registration Project Manager

RX Global aims to create unforgettable experiences for attendees and exhibitors through organizing events. Innovation, creativity, and collaboration drive the company to offer exceptional services to clients. You will travel up to 9 times a year to manage the onsite registration process at venues typically within the US!
About the Role
The Registration Experience Manager plays a key role in delivering seamless, engaging registration experiences across a portfolio of events. You will combine project management, problem-solving, and creativity to optimize processes, enhance customer experience, and drive continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate widely and see your work come to life onsite at events.
Responsibilities

  • Manage all facets of the registration process for assigned shows, including budgeting, forecasting and construction of the registration websites, including content and design (in conjunction with the marketing and digital teams)
  • Analyze post show surveys and customer feedback to determine action items for future registration improvements
  • Monitor registration pacing and trends
  • Think creatively to improve customer experience during the preshow and onsite registration process
  • Analyze data to determine pain points of registration and recommend future improvements
  • Develop the on-site registration layout using Visio to include counters, equipment, kiosks, electric, WIFI, signage, etc.
  • Hire, train, and supervise registration personnel, vendors, temporary staff, and contractors pre-show and on-site
  • Collaborate with Sponsorship Fulfillment team to ensure all sponsorships are in place while identifying new opportunities
Requirements
  • Experience in registration or event operations
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience developing and analyzing budgets and forecasts
  • Confident communication skills when working with vendors, agencies, associations, and internal partners
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to solve complex problems
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Willingness to travel frequently

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $65,100 - $108,500. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
