This position is Contingent upon Contract Award.

This position is open only to candidates who currently reside in Europe. Applicants must maintain legal residency and work authorization in one of these locations at the time of application and throughout employment.

Position Summary

The DMLSS Area of Responsibility (AOR) Manager provides regional oversight and coordination for DMLSS/LogiCole FM implementation and sustainment across assigned OCONUS locations. The AOR Manager serves as the primary liaison between DHA, MTFs, and on-site personnel within the assigned region.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all DMLSS/LogiCole FM activities within the assigned AOR.
  • Provide oversight of DSS and Facility Operations personnel.
  • Conduct site visits, assessments, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate training, transition support, and business process improvements.
  • Prepare and submit monthly AOR progress reports.
  • Support DHA-directed initiatives, inspections, and data calls.
  • Serve as the escalation point for regional DMLSS/LogiCole FM issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with DMLSS/LogiCole FM and facility management.
  • Experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to travel OCONUS as required.
  • Ability to meet security, CAC, and access requirements.
