BIM / Design Technology Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the NK Team. In this role, you will be part of our expanding Design Technology team where you will support the coordination, development, and day-to-day technical software support of our BIM and digital design tools. You will support our project teams in their daily REVIT model management, administration, and maintenance.

This role may also include assistance with the preparation of office standard content as related to technical support, tutorials, and training in the use of REVIT and other design technologies.

At times, and as appropriate, you may be called upon to assist project BIM leaders in the development, delivery and management of project BIM execution plans. NK encourages this role to focus on assisting our staff to excel in efficiency and accuracy of all work associated with design technology software.

The position requires a high level of interaction and coordination with NK technical team members, and the ideal candidate should be a self-starter, work well independently, and be able to self-manage priorities and tasks. This role naturally leans toward pushing the technical edge of our firm, but it is expected to do so with empathy towards our production process and the project team's needs and obligations.

This position is a hybrid role in line with NK's current office policy, 3 days per week in the office, and 2 days working remotely. Office policy is subject to change. Days working in the office are flexible and may vary based on business and employee needs. The position is located at NK Architects NJ office, 95 Washington Street, Morristown NJ, 07960. Public transportation is available. Parking is available.
