About this Talent Community
Dow is building a network of qualified candidates for current and future Demand Analyst opportunities across our Commercial organization.
These positions will primarily be located in Midland, MI.
Responsibilities
  • Manage customer prioritization and product allocation process during regional order control situations.
  • Manage monthly volume forecasts.
  • OMP data management - tracking/managing allocations & forecasts. Manages customer prioritization and product allocation process during regional order control situations.
  • Coordinates monthly Demand process through gathering, organizing, and analysis of the demand data.
  • Coordinates with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Supply to maintain continuous integrated resolution of issues as they arise, as well as day to day threats and opportunities to the plan.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • A minimum requirement for these U.S. based positions is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

Skills
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to gather, evaluate, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, assess business performance, and support decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to align demand plans and achieve organizational goals.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify demand risks, forecast variances, and operational challenges, and develop practical solutions to improve performance and mitigate business impacts.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of commercial drivers, customer behaviors, and market dynamics to evaluate demand trends and support profitable business decisions.
