Job description

Robert Half is partnering with a law firm in the Seattle, WA to identify an Estate Planning Paralegal who is ready to IMMEDIATELY jump in to assist and possibly join their team. This position offers the possibility of extension or long-term conversion based on business needs and performance.

Location: HYBRID - South Seattle


Responsibilities:

  • Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, deeds, and related legal documents.
  • Support probate, trust administration, and real estate matters, including property transfers and deed recording.
  • Prepare business formation and corporate governance documents, including LLCs, operating agreements, and entity maintenance filings.
  • Communicate with clients, coordinate onboarding, draft correspondence, and manage deadlines and case progress.
  • Conduct legal research, track tasks and billable time, and assist attorneys with day-to-day case management.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of paralegal experience with substantial exposure to estate planning, probate, trusts, real estate, or related transactional legal work.
  • HUGE PLUS if you are a current Washington State notary status or the ability to meet notarial requirements for the role.

The salary range for this position is $32-40/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
