Job Summary:
Hisense USA is a global leader in consumer electronics and home appliances, known for innovation and quality. They are seeking a seasoned Program Management leader to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
• Own and manage complex, multi-workstream programs across marketing, sales, product, GTM, eComm, operations, finance, and external partners
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and success metrics while measuring progress and identifying barriers and creatively problem solving
• Drive alignment across teams with competing priorities, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and decision-making
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints; develop mitigation plans and escalate appropriately
• Lead regular program reviews, status updates, and executive-level communications
• Motivate and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, fostering accountability and collaboration
• Ensure programs remain aligned with business objectives and adjust scope or approach as needed
• Establish and improve program management best practices, tools, and governance frameworks
• Support change management and adoption efforts to ensure successful rollout and long-term impact
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within consumer electronics, CPG, retail, or a fast-moving commercial environment
• Proven track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams at all levels
• Excellent communication skills — able to synthesize complexity into clear, actionable insights
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and scope in a matrixed organization
• Proficiency with program/project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com)
• Team player invested in everyone's success and understanding of new ways of working
Preferred:
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
• Experience working with global teams or international stakeholders
• Background in CPG, technology, consumer electronics, or go-to-market programs
• Trusted, reliable and accountable presence with senior leadership and executive audiences
