Adult Female – Neurological Support Needs (Semmes)
Two-person assist with CNA support. Mobility assistance, scheduled toileting, hydration encouragement, and ongoing safety monitoring. Stable long-term care case.

63-Year-Old Male – Spinal Injury (Mobile 36695)
Mechanical lift transfers with CNA support. Scheduled catheterization and monitoring required. Stable airway and swallowing.

39-Year-Old Male – Post-Surgical Spinal Injury (Saraland)
Higher-acuity case requiring skilled nursing assessment, mobility support, and care plan management.
