Registered Nurse (RN) – Per Diem | Flexible Schedule
Please note: This position is variable and may require up to eight visits in a week, while other weeks may be less.
Superior Senior Care in Brinkley is seeking a compassionate, detail‑oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to complete in‑home physical‑dependency assessments (ADLs & IADLs) for elderly and disabled clients across Monroe County. This role is ideal for an RN who values independence, flexibility, and meaningful work.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
  • Complete supervisory visits
  • Perform aide skills checks
  • Review aide documentation
  • Ensure all tasks meet Arkansas Medicaid Rules & Regulations
Qualifications
  • Active Arkansas RN license
  • Organized, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel within the service area
