This role acts as a central liaison between management, sales teams, customers, and external partners, ensuring smooth execution of commercial and operational processes. You will play a critical role in coordinating daily activities, supporting financial and administrative functions, and resolving complex issues to enhance overall business performance and customer satisfaction. Client Details My client is a market leader in the packaging manufacturing industry. Description Partner closely with Management, HQ, and Sales to drive seamless execution of operational and commercial activities Ensure full compliance with U.S. regulations (tax, employment) and alignment with group reporting standards Oversee financial coordination with HQ and external partners, including budgeting, expense control, and procurement Lead end-to-end order management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery, including documentation processes (contracts, invoicing, shipping documentation) Monitor and manage customer financial exposure (credit control, reconciliations, collections support) and enhance sales workflows and reporting accuracy to support business decisions Act as the escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution Coordinate commercial support and marketing activities, including sample materials and sales initiatives Support HR operations, including payroll coordination and internal communications Contribute to cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives led by VP or HR Profile 4-6 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics for a global company 3PL experience (contracts, negotiation, onboarding, etc) Import/export experience (customs compliance, documentation, freight, etc) Procurement and order management Financial accumen for payroll and invoicing Must be proficient in MS Office Suite Preferred to have WMS / IMS / or ERP skils Job Offer Competitive annual salary between $72000 and $85000 Bonus elligible Health insurance PTO Hybrid work schedule Career advancement opportunities Interested?
