We are currently seeking an organized, hands-on, and motivated Assistant Warehouse Manager to help lead daily warehouse operations and support our growing business.

Position Summary

The Assistant Warehouse Manager supports the Warehouse Supervisor in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring productivity, accuracy, safety, and efficiency throughout the facility. This individual will help coordinate warehouse staff, manage workflow, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure orders are shipped and received in a timely manner.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and leading by example.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist in supervising daily warehouse operations and personnel
  • Help coordinate shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory activities
  • Monitor workflow to ensure productivity and accuracy standards are met
  • Train, coach, and support warehouse employees
  • Help enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Assist with inventory control and cycle counts
  • Work closely with purchasing, logistics, and customer service departments
  • Ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness are maintained

Qualifications
