Job description

Prestige Staffing is partnering with a concierge medicine practice in the Sandy Springs area to hire an experienced, detail-oriented professional to support insurance accounts receivable, membership billing, and credentialing-related administrative work. This role is ideal for someone with strong physician billing knowledge, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to research issues through resolution while keeping records accurate and up to date.

Details:
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
  • 1-hour unpaid lunch = 37 hours/week
  • $22.00–$26.00/hour based on experience
  • Insurance offered during temp period and great benefits once perm
Key Responsibilities
  • Research and work insurance accounts receivable (AR), including discrepancies, denials, payments, and account issues.
  • Maintain accurate insurance and membership records and help ensure information remains current.
  • Review and work membership accounts receivable; assist with membership updates, changes, and maintenance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve insurance and membership workflows, processes, and tracking.
  • Create, maintain, and update Excel spreadsheets and tracking reports.
  • Track insurance, membership, AR, credentialing, and other administrative projects.
  • Support physician and practice credentialing, including gathering information, completing forms, tracking applications, and monitoring renewal dates.
  • Assist with special projects related to insurance, membership, credentialing, and front-office operations.
  • Help develop and maintain processes, procedures, and tracking systems.
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed within these areas.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education preferred).
  • Physician billing and follow up experience
  • Experience working with denied claims
  • Medical front-office experience is helpful
  • Strong Excel skills. required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to research medical billing issues and follow them through to resolution.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with the office team.
  • Credentialing experience preferred.
  • Experience in a concierge / membership-based healthcare model.
  • Experience using eClinicalWorks a huge plus
