???? What You’ll Be Doing

Think of yourself as the go-to expert who keeps our mortgage and HELOC accounts running smoothly.

On any given day, you might:

  • Assist members with mortgage and HELOC questions over the phone
  • Respond to email inquiries and help resolve account issues
  • Process loan payments, transactions, and account adjustments
  • Manage escrow impound accounts for taxes and insurance
  • Review reports and monitor mortgage portfolios
  • Process loan documentation such as payoffs, reconveyances, and subordinations
  • Monitor and recommend action for all collateral with delinquent property taxes
  • Research and resolve account discrepancies
  • Ensure accounts and processes stay compliant with policies and regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve problems and support members
  • Help with audits, reports, and daily balancing

In short, you’ll help make sure everything behind the scenes of our mortgage servicing process runs accurately, efficiently, and smoothly.

Compensation and Job Title is commensurate with experience and may fall under the following pay ranges:

Mortgage Loan Servicing Representative - $23.23/hr to $30.00/hr
