Position Summary: The position requires strong experience in supply chain operations, logistics management, inventory control, import/export compliance, and ERP system operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, support cross-functional collaboration, and drive operational efficiency in a customer-focused environment.


Role Description:  Key responsibilities include managing customer demand forecasts and production planning activities, coordinating shipment schedules and logistics operations, overseeing import/export documentation and trade compliance processes, maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse control, processing customer claims and SAP transactions, and ensuring timely execution of customer requirements through effective cross-functional collaboration and operational support.
 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end B2B supply chain and customer operations, including order fulfillment, production planning, and logistics coordination within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment

Lead cross-functional coordination among Sales, Production, Logistics, Quality, Warehouse, Technical, and overseas HQ teams to ensure seamless operational execution and customer support

Manage customer demand forecasts and inventory planning activities to support JIT manufacturing requirements and on-time delivery performance

Oversee shipment scheduling, transportation coordination, and logistics operations with freight forwarders, carriers, and 3PL providers to ensure supply chain efficiency and delivery accuracy

Manage import/export operations, customs compliance, and international trade documentation, including USMCA Certificates of Origin, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customer-specific compliance requirements

Monitor warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, cycle count activities, and material flow to support operational efficiency and inventory integrity

Maintain customer portals, packaging specifications, shipment data, and operational records in accordance with customer and business requirements

Investigate operational and customer-related issues and implement effective corrective actions to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction

Execute and manage SAP ERP operational transactions, including sales order processing, inventory control, customer claims, invoicing, debit/credit activities, cost tracking, and month-end closing

Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation using SAP, Microsoft Excel, and other reporting tools

Requirements

Qualifications: Listed below are the minimum and/or desired qualifications of the position including education, work experience and knowledge & skills that are required to perform satisfactorily in the position:


Education and Work Experience:

Bachelor degree preferred

Business operation, and/or logistics experience preferred. 


Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Computer literate (Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as familiarity with SAP 

Bilingual (English & Korean) 

Team works, good attitude, energetic

Problem solving skills

Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task

Physical Demands: 

Position requires sitting at a desk working on a computer for at least 2/3 of time.

Position requires minimal lifting up to 20 lbs.

Position requires regular and reliable attendance.

Position requires travel up to 10% of time.
