Trade Compliance Specialist
 
This is an exciting opportunity to join a Global, industry leading company as a Trade Compliance Specialist. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Generate SAP reports to present KPIs in Tier 4 meetings and OTIF calls.
  • Performs SAP GTS export compliance screenings.
  • Handles daily information requests from Customs Brokers for import clearance of products and materials.
  • Application of USDA export certificates and Certificate of Origin applications for the Chamber of Commerce  
  • Entry post audit and recordkeeping.
 
 Requirements and Desired Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Information Systems or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-3 years of Database Management experience 
  • Experience in Trade Compliance and Import/Export operations 
  • Working knowledge of CBP import regulations and the HTSUS 
  • Familiar with HTS and Country of Origin Rules 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI.
 
 
Pay Range (Based on Experience & Qualifications): $40 - $46 per hour
