WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Data Import Specialist provides the foundational data entry and build for our software product, Program Manager. This build and data entry is an integral and imperative part of the overall implementation of this software product. The Data Import Specialist has client impact, along with product expertise and cross-functional collaboration. The Data Import Specialist supports other client-facing roles, client onboarding, system configuration, successful product adoption, and client experience.
WHERE YOU'LL WORK
This position will have the flexibility to work remotely within the United States. Eastern or Central time zone preferred.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
  • Compile collected institutional data from clients to customize the client's experience and ability to utilize the software, Program Manager
  • Create student enrollment groups and support data entry for post-graduate products and service team
  • Use critical thinking to evaluate options, anticipate challenges, communicate effectively, and make sound decisions
  • Input institutional data and build software modules for Program Manager by bulk and data entry to customize the software, Program Manager, in order for the client to utilize the product
  • Performs high-volume data entry in an accurate and timely manner, using word processing, spreadsheets, or other file types provided by clients
  • Collaborate with Nursing Education Consultants to review and finalize builds in Program Manager modules, including curriculum mapping and course objectives, before these roles meet with the client
  • Maintain product knowledge and collateral to execute training and client-facing presentations

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • 1+ years' experience working in a Healthcare setting or academic institution
  • 1+ years client facing support and presentation experience
  • Medical coding and/or billing transcription experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Quick and accurate keyboarding skills
  • Proficiency working with multiple file formats (doc, pdf, jpeq, etc.)
  • Basic nursing curriculum and medical terminology knowledge
  • Skilled in client presentations, product trainings, product support, and communication
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate options, anticipate challenges, communicate effectively, and make sound decisions
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
