HIRING IMMEDIATELY: PURCHASING LOGISTICS COORDINATOR IN HIALEAH, FL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Purchasing Logistics Coordinator to join our client in Hialeah, FL! This individual will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all import logistics and inventory and purchasing control operations, while ensuring FTZ compliance, and inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish with 5 or more years of experience in import logistics, inventory management or FTZ operations. Pay, Schedule, and Location

  • Ranging from $57,000 - $62,000/year, paid weekly
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • 8 am - 5 pm | Monday - Friday
  • Located in Hialeah, FL

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and oversee a small team, including task assignment and performance guidance
  • Manage end-to-end import operations, ensuring compliance with CBP regulations and FTZ procedures
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and oversee accurate ISF filings and CBP entries (214, 3461, and 7501)
  • Direct inventory control processes, including cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and ERP/WMS system accuracy
  • Analyze and resolve backorder issues by identifying root causes and collaborating with department teams
  • Review and optimize purchasing decisions and order quantities based on business priorities
  • Monitor and improve supply chain performance metrics, such as inventory levels, on-time delivery, and ETD/ETA accuracy
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and provide actionable, data-driven reports to management
  • Responsible for between procurement, warehouse, sales, and finance to resolve operational issues
  • Lead initiatives for process improvement and ensure effective risk communication regarding supply chain delays or shortages

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in import logistics, inventory management, or FTZ operations
  • Strong knowledge of FTZ procedures, CBP regulations, ISF, 214,3461 and 7501 filings
  • Hands on experience in import operations with ability to execute independently
  • Experience of coordinating a small team
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Proven experience improving back-order performance and inventory optimization
  • APICS, CSCP, or related certification
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems
  • Experience in Global logistics operations
