Role Description The Logistics Coordinator is a full-time in office role responsible for managing day-to-day freight operations and communication between shippers, carriers, and internal teams. This role includes scheduling and tracking shipments, monitoring delivery status, and ensuring accurate documentation for domestic and international moves. The Logistics Coordinator will handle order entry, support inventory-related processes, and proactively resolve delays or issues with a focus on service and efficiency. The position involves regular customer interaction, rate and lane research, and collaboration with supply chain partners to optimize routes and costs. The individual in this role will use logistics software and tools to maintain data accuracy, generate reports, and support continuous process improvement.

- Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS), spreadsheets, and other logistics software is beneficial.
- Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or 3PL operations is preferred.
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field is beneficial but not strictly required.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail is expected.
