Job description

Greenway Ford is seeking a dedicated Shop Cleaner to join our fast-paced, high-volume Service team. This role is critical to ensuring every vehicle is returned to our guests in pristine condition and that our shop remains safe, organized, and professional.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough detailing of vehicles following service repairs, including washing, vacuuming, buffing, waxing, and interior cleaning
  • Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and cleanliness meet Greenway's standards of Extreme Satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of shop areas, bays, and common spaces to support a safe and efficient work environment
  • Dispose of debris and shop waste in accordance with environmental and safety guidelines
  • Assist service technicians and staff with moving vehicles as needed
  • Monitor and maintain supplies for detailing and cleaning, notifying leadership when inventory is low
  • Support the team with additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in detailing or cleaning preferred, but not required (we will train the right candidate)
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Dependable, punctual, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
