Human Resources Benefits Administrator
LHH Recruitment is assisting a client of ours in Chandler, AZ to hire on a contract to hire basis a Human Resources Benefits Administrator. In this role you will be processing benefits changes for employees, including 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and life and disability insurance. You'll also be assisting with leave administration, communicating benefits changes to staff, and assisting with compensation administration. Additionally, there will be ad hoc projects that arise you'll be assigned to manage.
The job duties are:
  1. Enter data into HRIS to establish and update employee confidential records and benefits information.
  2. Answer employee's questions regarding benefit options and programs.
  3. Conduct data analysis on HR data, including preparing reports, graphs, charts and statistics. Perform group data updates, exports, imports, clean-ups and research/report on any data discrepancies
  4. Conduct new employee orientation programs when they are hired on.
  5. Maintain personal knowledge of Benefit laws and regulations

Your qualifications must include:
  1. 3+ years of recent Human Resources Benefits Administration experience.
  2. A Bachelor's degree is required, ideally in a business or related major.
  3. Previous recent experience in human resources benefits administration for a large organization (2,000+ employees).
  4. Strong communication skills, as well as intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products.

Pay Details: $38.00 to $42.00 per hour
