Reports To: Sales Manager / General Manager
Position Summary
United Imports is looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, building relationships, and earning based on performance. Whether you're experienced in automotive sales or looking to start a new career, we provide the training, tools, and support to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers throughout the vehicle buying process, from initial greeting to final delivery
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle, features, and financing options
  • Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
  • Follow up with customers via phone, text, email, and CRM to build long-term relationships
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance standards
  • Maintain accurate customer information and deal documentation
  • Work closely with the Sales, Finance, and Management teams to ensure a smooth transaction
  • Stay up to date on Hyundai products, incentives, and dealership promotions
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience to drive CSI, repeat business, and referrals
Qualifications
  • Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
