Meyer Distributing is looking for an Import Supply Specialist to join our Jasper, Indiana team - we are hiring immediately! Meyer Distributing is a leader in automotive specialty products marketing and warehouse distribution.


The Import Supply Specialist position supports the management of international shipments and helps ensure goods move efficiently through global supply chains.


Pay Rate: $22 - $25/hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm EST

Location: In-Person, Onsite position in Jasper, Indiana

**No Remote Work


Preferred Experience for Import Supply Specialist:

  • 2+ years of experience in import/export logistics or international shipping

Requirements for Import Supply Specialist:

  • Knowledge of HTS classifications, freight documentation, and trade compliance requirements
  • Experience working with freight carriers, customs brokers, and international vendors
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability- the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and can deal with frequent changes, delays or unexpected events.
