Job description

Project Lead / Project Manager Investment RIA Custody Advisory Clearing Services
 
Location: Tampa Bay Florida
 
Note: Must be authorised and willing to work on W2. Can't do C2C corp to corp or 1099.
 
Local candidates only.
 
During the training period will be fully onsite for first 4-6 weeks and will then follow our hybrid schedule in office 3 days per week.
 
Project lead for conversions onto the custody and clearing platform;
Acts as primary point of contact during onboarding to the platform.
 
Develops and maintains an in-depth understanding of custody and clearing business, its products, and supporting functions.
 
Ensures follow up and trains to inquiries related to services, qualifications, instructions or paperwork requirements for various programs. Ensures completion of all onboarding related tasks; maintains Salesforce workflow and data requirements. Ensures accuracy, completion and archival of onboarding contracts. Proactively monitors onboarding activity with the ability to identify system or potential risk situations and escalates appropriately.

Knowledge of In-depth concepts, practices and procedures of custody and clearing firms.
Fundamental concepts of financial markets, accounts, products, and the transfer process.
Operational processes common to a custody and clearing platform.
Project planning and implementation.
