Job Description Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Project Manager for a Contract opportunity. This hybrid role based in Milwaukee, WI offers the opportunity to lead security and infrastructure initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes and support critical business operations for one of our valued client partners. In this role, you will: Plan and manage multiple high-priority security and infrastructure projects simultaneously Provide project status updates and risk reporting, tailoring communication for different audiences Develop project plans and roadmaps aligned with scope, budget, resources, and timelines Monitor and manage risks, dependencies, and changes to scope, budget, and schedule Coordinate project resources and clarify roles and responsibilities Guide project execution in a structured, transparent manner to support accountability Deliver clear, timely, and consistent communication to stakeholders Support testing and training activities related to project deliverables, as needed Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to develop and execute go-live plans, including contingency planning and support Foster collaboration and effective working relationships across teams Contribute to problem-solving and decision-making by identifying practical and creative solutions Develop sufficient understanding of project subject matter to effectively support delivery Qualifications: Approximately 5+ years of project management experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Experience managing a variety of projects (e.g., system selection/implementation, upgrades, agile environments) Ability to support collaborative, inclusive, and effective project teams Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience developing and communicating project plans and roadmaps Ability to coordinate and collaborate with team members at different levels of the organization Interest in using processes and technology to address challenges Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Experience with infrastructure or security projects (preferred) Experience as a business analyst (preferred) Understanding of basic technical and business concepts related to projects Ability to identify risks or issues and escalate appropriately Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or Confluence (preferred) The base range for this contract position is $85.00 - $135.00 per hour, depending on experience

The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors
