Job Title: Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Project Manager 

Location: Los Angeles, CA
Duration: 12 Months 
Work Model: Hybrid โ€“ 3 Days Onsite per Week
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Project Manager to lead a large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud implementation . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar Oracle Cloud transformation programs and a proven track record of delivering enterprise implementations on time, within budget, and with high stakeholder satisfaction.
This role requires exceptional leadership, executive-level communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams across business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects for enterprise clients.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and resource planning.
  • Drive project governance, executive reporting, and steering committee meetings.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
  • Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and executive dashboards.
  • Manage project financials, including forecasting, budget tracking, invoicing, and billing activities.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular updates to executive leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and organizational governance.
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of Project Management experience leading large enterprise technology implementations.
  • Proven experience serving as the Project Manager for Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
  • Strong experience delivering large, multi-million-dollar transformation programs.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and billing.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 3 days onsite per week.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working with one of the Big Four consulting firms on large enterprise transformation programs.
  • Experience managing multiple vendors and large distributed project teams.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification is a plus.
