Implementation Supervisor

The Implementation Supervisor leads the launch of new logistics operations for healthcare clients, ensuring a smooth and successful go-live. This role partners closely with clients and internal teams to execute implementation plans, coordinate site setup, hire and train local teams, and manage project timelines. They serve as the central point of coordination throughout the implementation process-tracking progress, resolving issues, and adapting to changing needs-while ensuring the local operation is fully prepared to take over post-launch.
How you Will Contribute:
  • Implement transportation solutions for healthcare systems, clinical laboratories, and blood banks.
  • Develop thorough understanding of operations, become an expert on internal operating systems and procedures
  • Assist in recruiting and hiring of local management teams, including logistics service representatives
  • Conduct training for local management teams and logistics service representatives
  • Ensure all team members have completed appropriate training program prior to operational GO LIVE
  • Coordinate office, warehouse, and fleet outfitting for new locations
  • Complete assigned tasks and projects within implementation plan
  • Help with development of resource plan and staff local operation, including management team and logistics service representatives
  • Participate in weekly meetings with client to discuss project status
  • Track and resolve open issues/questions from client during implementation period
  • Effectively interact with corporate departments, including IT, analytics, sales and the call center, throughout the project
  • Work with Implementation Manager to ensure project plan is executed and deadlines are met
  • Ability to adapt to changing client demands by actively managing any changes and adjusting plans accordingly
  • Manage seamless transition after project completion
  • Ensure local operations team is ready to assume control of operation
  • Assignments may run from week to month-long periods
  • Build and nurture a collaborative MedSpeed team culture
  • All other job duties as assigned
Skills for Success:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to travel throughout markets up to 70% of the time
  • 1 to 2 years logistics or project management experience, implementation experience for service-oriented business preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative work style, able to work well within and across departments
  • Ability to operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, team environment

The salary for this role ranges from $60,000 to $65,000, depending on factors like experience, skills, and location. A discretionary bonus is also available.
