VersaFile is looking for a FileNet Implementation Specialist - a hands-on, solutions-driven professional eager to work at the intersection of IBM enterprise software, cloud technologies, and managed services.


This is an intermediate-level opportunity where you'll gain valuable experience delivering real-world enterprise software installations, upgrades, and technical support for large-scale, on-premise, and cloud-based solutions.

Note:This is a full-time permanent position, working 40 hours per week remotely from home. Preference will be given to those who work in the Pacific Time Zone.


What You'll be Doing:

  • Deliver, support, and enhance enterprise solutions for our clients across North America.
  • Manage and execute software installations, configurations, and upgrades for IBM FileNet and related platforms across production, QA, and development environments.
  • Work directly with clients' technical teams to define requirements, prepare infrastructure, and ensure smooth deployments.
  • Provide technical guidance and specialized support to internal teams and clients.
  • Assist with cloud implementations and contribute to continuous improvement of our managed services.
  • Collaborate with sales on solution estimates and technical documentation.
  • Maintain and optimize our internal demo and test environments.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and solution performance.
  • Participate in after-hours upgrades or emergency support as needed (rotational basis).
  • Available during non-core business hours to perform upgrade or maintenance work
  • Available for some shift work/standby for emergency support situations


What You'll Bring:

Good understanding of the following systems/applications/technologies:

  • Operating Systems: MS Windows Client; MS Windows Server
  • IBM FileNet Experience (Installation & Configuration)
  • Databases: MS SQL Server
  • LDAPs: MS Active Directory services
  • Experience in enterprise installation and deployment planning and control
  • Web technologies
  • Network protocols
  • Information security, firewalls
  • SSL Certificates
