Shape the Future of Brain and Behavior Research at Tufts
The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Service Line for Tufts Medicine invites applications from an accomplished academic psychiatrist or physician-scientist to drive collaborative research that advances health and care of patients with disorders affecting brain and behavior. This opportunity is part of the Tufts University-Tufts Medicine (TU-TM) Research Enterprise and the Brain & Behavior Cluster Hire Initiative, an ambitious investment in building one of the nation's leading collaborative neuroscience and behavioral health research programs.
We seek an innovative, collaborative investigator who is passionate about advancing collaborative and transformative science. Dependent on the candidate's level or training, there are potential leadership opportunities to drive departmental research strategy and recruitment while mentoring the next generation of brain and behavior investigators. Successful candidates will join a vibrant academic community committed to integrating outstanding clinical care, research, education, and community engagement.

Compensation
For PhD or equivalent candidates, the salary range for this position is $125,000.00-150,000.00 annually.
For MD or equivalent candidates, the salary range for this position is $233,000.00-328,000.00 annually.
Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, specialty, relevant experience, education, internal equity, and academic rank.
