At PreBorn! a Project Manager supports the execution of key initiatives across the ministry by both coordinating projects and actively contributing to their completion.


This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for ensuring projects move forward while also stepping in to complete tasks when needed. Depending on strengths and assignment, this role may support operational initiatives, technical systems, or a combination of both.


Project Managers work to scale systems and processes that improve organizational effectiveness. This role is not a purely administrative project management position. It requires a willingness to step in and execute work directly to ensure projects are successfully completed.


Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Ownership

  • Support planning execution, and completion of projects
  • Take ownership of assigned projects end-to-end
  • Step in to complete tasks when needed
  • Maintain timelines and deliverables
  • Identify and resolve risks

Hands-On Contribution
