Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee industrial projects involving structural steel fabrication, civil construction, and millwright maintenance. The successful candidate will manage projects from initial planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple fabrication, civil, and millwright projects simultaneously.
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, field construction, and commissioning activities.
  • Lead project meetings with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget.
  • Prepare and manage project cost forecasts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental requirements, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to maximize productivity.
  • Review technical drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain strong client relationships while ensuring contractual obligations are met.
  • Support estimating and business development efforts by providing technical and project execution input.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained.

Qualifications
