MIGSO-PCUBED is looking for a passionate and communicative PMO Project Management Consultant to join our team and support our engagements in Boston. This position is onsite and will require you to commute to Boston, MA.

Every day, we support our clients by steering major Projects and Programs, managing Project Portfolios, improving maturity and efficiency of PM Organizations, and addressing business transformation and change management initiatives.

What You’ll Do

As a PMO Project Manager at MP, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of Project Management Offices within client organizations. Some of your key responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Develop, design, and implement PMO frameworks to fit specific needs of our clients' organization
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to oversee project activities to ensure timely and successful delivery of PMO initiatives
  • Delivering within complex client engagements and aiding team leadership with client relationship management
  • Supporting the engagement lead/director to build out our footprint within a client or multiple clients, offering significant opportunities for personal development
  • Identifying opportunities and assisting in the development of proposals
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and successful delivery


As a consultant, you will deliver expertise, adapt to new environments, and be able to work within a team. You will represent our brand on client-sites and, thanks to the materials that we provide, you will be prepared to support our engagements. Who You Are


  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field required; Master’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience managing complex project controls across multiple industries
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid)
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar)
  • CAPM or PMP certification preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skill
  • Proven ability to successfully execute and deliver projects that drive organizational growth and competitiveness
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator, able to tailor messaging to different audiences

Compensation

MIGSO-PCUBED believes in fair and equitable compensation. The reasonable estimate of the current total compensatory salary range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 annually for Boston. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in an annual performance-based incentive program. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
