About the Job:

You will be aligned with our long-standing client in the SAP S/4HANA Cutover Lead Consultant - Global Implementation Project. The candidate should be aware of the latest trends in this industry as are applicable from a domain and technological perspective

Role: SAP S/4HANA Cutover Lead Consultant - Global Implementation Project

Location: Phoenix, AZ(Day1 onsite)

Duration: Long term contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • 10+ years of SAP project experience with at least 3-5 full SAP implementation lifecycles.

  • Minimum 5+ years of Cutover Management or Go-Live Management experience on large transformation programs.

  • SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate, PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.

  • Experience managing multi-country/global SAP deployments is highly desirable.

  • Strong experience leading SAP S/4HANA cutover activities in global implementation programs.

  • Expertise in Cutover Planning, Go-Live Management, Deployment Planning, and Dress Rehearsal Execution.

  • Proven experience coordinating Data Migration, Master Data Load, Reconciliation, and Business Validation activities.

  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA functional areas including FICO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, PM, and integration touchpoints.

  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology, Release Management, and Program Governance processes.

  • Knowledge of project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or equivalent.
