Summary:

The Project Manager will orchestrate high-impact initiatives that drive measurable business results. You'll lead cross-functional teams, navigate complex challenges, and shape the future of our operations through strategic project execution. Plans, manages, and coordinates project activities to ensure goals and objectives of multiple and large projects are accomplished within prescribed time-frame and funding parameters. Establishes timelines and ensures project deadlines are met. Maintains integrity and cost containment of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Drives multiple large-scale projects from conception through completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Builds and executes comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and success metrics
  • Champions project initiatives by defining scope, assigning ownership, and maintaining momentum throughout the lifecycle.
  • Evaluates, plans, and monitors project implementation; manages project and project delivery teams, ensures deadlines are met, escalates issues for appropriate, timely resolution and adheres to standardized project management methodologies.
  • Partners with stakeholders across departments to align project goals with business objectives
  • Serves as the central liaison between project sponsors, teams, vendors, and end users
  • Builds and leads interdisciplinary teams that work seamlessly together toward common goals
  • Identifies and implements process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce risk
  • Develop performance metrics and monitoring tools to track project success and identify opportunities
  • Evaluates workflows and drives continuous improvement using data-driven insights
  • Prepares and presents compelling project status reports to leadership and stakeholders
  • Proactively escalates issues and coordinates swift resolutions to keep projects on track
