  • Experience with M365-related projects with a specific attention to Voice projects (UCaaS and CCaaS)
  • Experience in AIX/UNIX/LINUX projects including IBM Power Platform
  • Experience with network security, segmentation, and ZTNA projects including: Cisco NAC, Illumio, Nutanix Flow, VMWare NSX, and CloudFlare
  • Experience with Backup projects (Rubrik or similar toolsets) including backup standardization and migration projects
  • Strong command of security compliance frameworks and vulnerability management tools (BigFix, Rapid 7, SentinelOne, Defender)
  • Experience with Disaster Recovery projects including local site apps to cloud, managed Data Center to cloud, Multi-Cloud DR; emphasis on Crown Jewel Applications (ERP, MES, Etc.)
